Join us on a classic ski tour on one of the surrounding mountains in the upper Mölltal. We will guide you through the magnificent mountain scenery of the Hohe Tauern to a beautiful viewpoint mountain with a relaxed descent. Since we are also familiar with the remote ski touring mountains of the Glockner Group, the Schober Group, and the Goldberg Group, and always up-to-date regarding snow and avalanche conditions, we can guarantee a relaxed winter experience. We are also active in the well-known ski touring spots of the Astental or in spring in the area of the Großglockner High Alpine Road, offering you a variety of interesting and diverse ski touring options.

Information

Requirements:

Confidently skiing on black slopes, as well as solid parallel turns in deep snow, stamina for 200-300 meters of ascent per hour.

At the meeting point, after an introductory round, there will be a comprehensive briefing on all the tour equipment. Special emphasis will be placed on explaining the safety equipment and discussing the procedures for emergencies. Then, in a relaxed atmosphere, the ascent begins. During this time, all basic techniques and topics of ski touring will be thoroughly discussed and practiced. After a descent and a debriefing of any open questions, the day will end with one of the local hosts.
